Steps to Participate in the Vrikshasana Mass World Record Event

What to Do in the Program:

  • To participate, you need to record a video of yourself sitting in Vrikshasana minimum for 30 seconds or more in Namaskar Mudra.
  • You may optionally hold the National Flag in your hands during the video.
  • Upload the video to the Yoga News 24 Facebook Group to complete your participation.

Fees:

  • The program is free of cost to participate.
  • To receive an E-certificate, a fee of ₹30 is applicable.
  • To receive a Certificate and Gold Medal, a fee of ₹350 is applicable.
  • To receive a T-shirt, Gold Medal and Certificate, a fee of ₹550 is applicable.
  • The T-shirt, Gold Medal and Certificate will be delivered to your address via courier.
