Terms & Conditions
- First of all, you have to complete the registration process. For which you have to fill the registration form and deposit the ₹350 registration fee and upload it in the form. Along with this, you have to take a screenshot of the payment in the name of the participant and whatsapp us on 7014355168.
- You have to complete Suryanamaskar (12 steps) in the right conditions without stopping, for which there is no time restriction.
- Our goal is to inspire you to perform continuous Surya Namaskar. To support this, we are offering you an additional five attempts. For each attempt, you will need to submit an additional fee of ₹150.
- You can do this attempt from 1st April to 31st December by setting the date and time as per your convenience.
- Participants will have to perform their live Suryanamaskar in the “Surya Namaskar” Facebook group.
- Participants have to inform the organization by phone before coming live and get complete information about how to do it live.
- The final decision in the competition will be taken by the organization, which will be acceptable to all.

Guidelines for Surya Namaskar Live Attempt
1. While going live, your mobile should be positioned in such a way that the side angle of all participants performing Surya Namaskar is clearly visible.
2. Ensure that your team includes at least two individuals who can count and record your Surya Namaskar rounds on paper. The counting must be done in English, and the voice should be clearly audible in the video. Additionally, they should help in smoothly managing the live program and motivating you.
3. If the Facebook Live stops due to any reason, you will have to make a new attempt. Any rounds performed before the interruption will not be counted.
4. To remain in the competition, it is mandatory to follow all the above-mentioned instructions.
Before starting Surya Namaskar, please say the following lines:
“I, (your name, age, and city), am participating in the Non-Stop Surya Namaskar Competition organized by the Akhil Bhartiya Yoga Mahasangh, Jaipur.”
