The world record for the largest number of people performing ‘Vrikshasana with Indian Flag (Tree Pose with Indian Flag)’ has been officially achieved by the Akhil Bhartiya Yoga Mahasangh, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
On the historic occasion of India’s 79th Independence Day (15 August 2025), a total of 937 participants from 21 states of India came together to perform Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) while holding the Indian Flag for 30 seconds (00:00:30).
This unique yoga world record was successfully conducted online via the Facebook Group “Yoga News 24”, uniting yoga enthusiasts from across the nation in a single spirit of health, harmony, and patriotism.
